Children In Need
This Friday (17th November) is Children In Need. The Year 6s have been very busy arranging different activities to raise money, hopefully you have seen the poster!
Everyone can come in non-uniform by donating £1.
During morning playtime, the children will be able to enjoy a biscuit (50p) and some squash (20p).
At lunch time there will be various activities taking place if you donated for your child to have a go. They are as follows:
- Tin can alley 20p
- Guess the number of sweets in the jar 50p (The winner gets the jar of sweets!)
- Pin the bandana on Pudsey 20p
In the afternoon there will be the annual Hinchliffe Mill Talent Show. If your child would like to take part it will cost 50p per person. They can showcase a talent on their own or in a group with others. There will be prizes.
Also there will be two other activities that the children will need to prepare in advance; colouring competition (blank paper copy sent home) and a bun decoration competition. These need to be brought in on Friday.
