As you may be aware from the media, the National Education Union have voted to go on strike on Wednesday 1st February, Tuesday 28th February, Wednesday 15th March and Thursday 16th March. The unions are in dispute with the Secretary of State of Education. As part of carrying out a thorough risk assessment, I now need to carry out a prioritisation activity to identify groups of learners who will take first priority as there will be insufficient numbers of teaching staff to open all classes safely.
